1. Namah Tours and Visa Consultancy provides visa consultancy and tour package services to individuals and groups.
2. By availing our services, the client agrees to abide by the terms mentioned herein.
1. We act only as a facilitator in the visa application process. Granting or rejecting the visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy/Consulate.
2. Service charges are non-refundable, even if a visa is rejected or delayed.
3. The client must provide complete and truthful documents. We are not liable for any consequences due to incorrect or false information.
4. Processing time may vary based on embassy rules, holidays, and other factors. We are not responsible for any delay from the embassy side.
1. Booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the package terms.
2. Prices are subject to change based on airline fare, fuel surcharge, taxes, or changes in exchange rates.
3. Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
4. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage due to natural calamities, political unrest, or personal negligence during the tour.
1. Payments can be made through cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
2. Advance payments are mandatory for confirming bookings.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after written cancellation request, as per the refund policy of airlines, hotels, and vendors.
1. We are not responsible for any loss due to changes or cancellation of flights, trains, hotels, or any transport arrangement not under our control.
2.Any dispute regarding accommodation, transport, or other travel services must be resolved directly with the respective service providers.
1. It is the customer’s responsibility to check passport validity (minimum 6 months), required documents, and other travel eligibility criteria.
2. We assist with documentation but do not guarantee visa approval or processing time.
1. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all international tours.
2. We can assist in travel insurance procurement but are not liable for claims or coverage decisions by the insurer.
